When you engage in business coaching through Wyrostek Financial and Business Coaching, you work directly with me—and only me. I do not delegate coaching responsibilities to associates or junior advisors. With more than 50 years of experience as a business owner, financial professional, and coach, my role is to provide clear perspective, disciplined strategy, and practical counsel grounded in decades of real-world business ownership.
This coaching relationship is designed for business owners who understand what it takes to lead, decide, and invest wisely. To ensure the highest level of focus and personal involvement, I work with no more than seven clients at any one time. This selectivity allows for thoughtful, customized guidance rather than generic solutions and ensures that each client receives the depth of attention required for meaningful progress.
This engagement is best suited for established business owners who value accountability, long-term thinking, and decisive action—and who recognize that sustained improvement requires both commitment and investment.
The following investment structure reflects the depth of this one-on-one engagement, the intentionally limited availability of client openings, and the level of strategic involvement necessary to produce measurable, lasting results.
